Using warFinity

warFinity is provided as a private alpha. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. You must be old enough to host on TikTok LIVE in your country and follow TikTok's rules.

Your account and licence

• One licence is for one person and is used on one PC at a time. Do not share or resell your licence key.
• Keep your password and licence key private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. The price and period are shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Stripe billing page. Access to paid features ends when your plan ends. Refunds are handled case by case; ask in the Discord.

Acceptable use

• Do not use warFinity for anything illegal, to harass people, or to break TikTok's or any game's rules.
• Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service or get around licence limits.
• You are responsible for the content you play on your stream, including sounds, voices and videos.

Third-party games and services

warFinity works with games and services owned by others (for example TikTok, Total War: WARHAMMER III, Dawn of War III). It is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Mods and automation may be limited or disallowed by a game's own terms; you use them at your own risk.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" during alpha. It may change, have bugs or be unavailable. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost earnings, lost data or indirect damages.

Ending access

You can stop using warFinity at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
