warFinity is a desktop app and a small cloud service that turns TikTok LIVE activity into actions on your stream. This page explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and either a salted password hash (we never store your password) or, if you use Google sign-in, the verified email Google gives us. We do not receive your Google password.
- Licence and plan: your licence key, its status and the games included in your plan.
- Your setup: the events, rules and profiles you create, your TikTok username, and your settings.
- Viewer activity during your LIVE: the public TikTok name, nickname and avatar link of viewers who send gifts or likes, with the gift and amount, used for your own rankings and rules. We only process what TikTok already shows publicly on your LIVE.
- Device: a one-way hash derived from your PC (never the raw Windows identifier) so one licence is used on one PC, and the time your app last connected.
- Technical: a sign-in cookie, and standard server logs (IP address, time, request) kept by our hosting provider for security.
What stays on your PC
Your game folders, sound and video files, keystrokes, and text-to-speech output are handled locally. They are not uploaded. Only the file name or path you choose is stored in your event so the app can find it.
Why we use it
- To run the service you asked for (sign-in, licence, your events and rules).
- To keep it secure and prevent licence sharing and abuse.
- To support you when you ask for help.
We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.
Who else handles data
- Cloudflare hosts the service and its database.
- Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your card number.
- Google verifies your identity if you choose Google sign-in.
- TikTok: the app on your PC connects to TikTok LIVE to receive your own LIVE events, and reads the public picture on your TikTok profile page to show it in the app. The picture is stored only on your PC.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account exists. Ask us in the Discord to delete your account and its data, or to get a copy; we will respond as soon as we can. You can also delete your events and rules yourself inside the app.
Security
Connections use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. The sign-in session is kept in a private store that only the app can read. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Children
warFinity is not meant for children under 13, and TikTok LIVE hosting has its own age rules.
